Job Description:

The hiring client is a Global Technology Company with one of the biggest Advertising platforms in the world. They're looking for a Program Manager roll out initiatives for testing and adoption of new features in their advertising products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage programs to testing new product features for advertising platforms including AB, and general availability launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver testing programs
  • Recruit and work directly with advertisers to participate in product tests and pilots
  • Guide advertisers through new ad features and collect structured feedback on performance, usability, and issues
  • Identify bugs, feature gaps, and product challenges, and escalate them to appropriate teams
  • Analyse feedback to generate insights that inform product improvements
  • Support process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of product testing programs

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in program management/ tech product operations with an understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Tiktok, Google, Meta Ads or similar)
  • Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously
  • Experience with A/B testing or product experimentation or product management
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • MUST have Fluency in Thai or Vietnamese (spoken and written) as well as market exposure
