Program Manager, Privacy Commitments

We are looking for a talented individual who brings a product mindset to privacy, program management, operations and compliance. Someone who shares our passion for tackling privacy complexities head-on, to help design and implement continuous operational compliance processes while representing our users and their privacy at the forefront of everything that we do. This role will focus on driving the cross-functional strategic and operational execution of large, organization and company-wide privacy initiatives in order to ensure Meta is meeting its regulatory priorities, while driving transformational change related to the privacy and protection of its users across the ecosystem. You will thrive in an ambiguous, cross-functional environment where you can understand different perspectives and provide discussion frameworks to enable trade-offs and decisions. You should excel in knowing when to lead or support a cross-functional team and bring out views from all disciplines to inform one strategic plan. This role requires a keen interest in and aptitude for understanding how our platform is constructed, and the ability to dive into a technical feature in order to educate the right parties. In addition, you will also build familiarity and fluency with legal requirements in the areas of privacy, data protection, and security.
