  • External Partner Management: Partner with cross-functional and external agencies on event and program details, including event location, room decor, event set up, member travel, entertainment, and swag
  • Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Management: Proactively solve problems, manage ad hoc Council/Trade engagements (workshops, webinars, regional leadership visits), and collaborate with various cross-functional teams internally (GBG, Facilities, Security, etc.)
  • This role requires regular collaboration with US-based teammates, which may occasionally require flexibility in working hours to support cross-timezone alignment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, events, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience in program management, events, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency
