Job Description

The Delivery Director at NTT DATA will lead large-scale networking and fiber infrastructure programs within the Public Sector SLED practice. Job Responsibility

  • Direct and oversee end-to-end program delivery for networking and fiber initiatives
  • Manage service provider networks supporting 100+ locations and a network supporting 10,000+ individuals, ensuring high availability and compliance
  • Develop program plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Implement risk management strategies and maintain executive-level reporting on KPIs and financials

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project and program management experience in IT infrastructure
  • 5+ years managing service provider networks supporting 100+ locations and a network supporting 10,000+ individuals
  • At least eight (8) years of experience managing complex IT development projects and/or programs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Experience in a leadership role for at least three (3) successful projects and/or programs with an organizational change management component
  • At least five (5) years of experience using PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) methodologies and artifacts
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline

  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar IT programs with complex dependencies
  • Expertise in governance frameworks (PMO standards, ITIL, COBIT)
  • Strong experience in vendor and contract management for large-scale network and fiber deployments
