Job Description

This role will focus on developing leaders and improving team level cultures systemwide. An experienced practitioner with both leadership development and organizational development experience, this program manager will operate with a strategic approach and a growth mindset. This will be accomplished by facilitating leadership development programs, executing intervention strategies, coaching staff at all levels, and consulting with leaders across Baptist Health. This role will also support employee engagement efforts that work to increase systemwide leader accountability and improve organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years Coaching Experience Required
  • 5-7 years Conflict Resolution Experience Required

  • 5-7 years Program Coordination (Development, Execution, and Maintenance) Required
  • 5-7 years Staff Development, Leadership Development facilitation experience Required
  • 5-7 years Training Experience Required

Nice to have
