Requirements
8+ years of experience managing complex IT and Technology programs with dynamic budget management including pricing and cost
5+ years of experience managing dispersed workforce and various functions in support of large-scale DoD projects
Experience with Agile methodologies and cost estimation frameworks
Experience in the development of cost and pricing proposals for competitive bids, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation and cost volume narratives
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and cost accounting standards
Ability to collect and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or engineering field
PMP Certification
Nice to have
Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, cloud integration, containerization, and DevSecOps
Possession of excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree in a STEM or Management field
IT, PM, or Governance Certification including, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
