We’re seeking a highly motivated Scaled Enablement Manager to own and elevate content strategy for critical partnership programs. You’ll design, implement, and optimize enablement content that drives adoption, improves execution, and enhances partner success at scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned to organizational goals and global partner needs
  • Serve as a key liaison between product and enablement teams, translating go-to-market updates into clear, actionable enablement content
  • Ensure seamless information flow across programs to support product launches, feature adoption, and execution
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient program operations
  • Select and apply effective content formats (e.g., webinars, guides, worksheets) and learning strategies (e.g., micro-learning, peer learning)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify content opportunities and deliver materials that resonate with diverse audiences
  • Curate and maintain a centralized content library, organized by topic, audience, modality, and program
  • Research, curate, and repurpose existing content to support evolving curricula and learning pathways
  • Manage content localization and translation efforts, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cultural and regional accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, enablement, education, or copywriting (B2B or SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven experience developing and delivering written and instructor-led or direct training for client-facing teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including experience building content strategies from scratch, defining distribution and cadence, managing approvals, and producing compelling content
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
