Alter Domus is seeking an exceptional Investor Services Program Manager to lead a critical, enterprise-wide initiative that will fundamentally transform our client and investor onboarding capabilities. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a seasoned Investor Services leader who will orchestrate the design and delivery of an end-to-end know your customer (KYC) and client due diligence (CDD) journey, with Fenergo as the core platform. This role demands a rare combination of strategic vision, technical acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will be responsible for achieving the highest possible level of integration and automation across Alter Domus' IT infrastructure, connecting Fenergo seamlessly with Alter Domus’ client/investor portal, orchestration layer, workflow management tool, and document management system

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and own the end-to-end Investor Services program for client and investor onboarding, ensuring alignment with Alter Domus' strategic objectives
  • Define and articulate the program vision, roadmap, and success criteria in collaboration with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Drive the creation of a seamless, automated onboarding journey that delivers exceptional client experience while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees, RAID logs, and decision-making frameworks
  • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade integrations between Fenergo and the broader Alter Domus technology ecosystem
  • Maximize automation opportunities across the onboarding journey, eliminating manual touchpoints and reducing operational risk
  • Define integration architecture in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and IT teams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security
  • Ensure seamless connectivity with client/investor portals, orchestration layers, workflow engines, and document management systems
  • Align with relevant technology, product, and service delivery workstreams
  • Coordinate project managers, product owners, third-party vendors, and internal development teams
  • Break down organizational silos focusing on common outcomes
  • Balance competing priorities and resource constraints across parallel workstreams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business units, technology, operations, compliance, and risk
  • Maintain third-party vendor relationships, including Fenergo and integration partners, ensuring delivery to quality, time, and budget
  • Facilitate executive decision-making through clear, concise communication and data-driven insights
  • Champion change across the organization, addressing resistance and building buy-in at all levels
  • Own program delivery using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Establish program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation models
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and financial performance
  • Implement rigorous quality assurance and testing protocols to ensure flawless deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization post-implementation
  • Ensure all CDD and KYC requirements meet regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in program, with at least 5 years leading large-scale Investor Services programs in financial services
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream programs involving technology implementation, process Investor Services, and organizational change
  • Deep experience with Fenergo platform implementation, configuration, and integration
  • Extensive knowledge of CDD/KYC processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise integration initiatives connecting multiple systems and platforms
  • Experience managing client/investor onboarding journeys in asset management, private equity, fund administration, or banking environments
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, APIs, orchestration layers, and middleware solutions
  • Familiarity with client portals, workflow management tools, and document management systems
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management principles
  • Understanding of cloud architectures and modern application development practices
  • Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing project managers, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams
  • Strong vendor management capabilities, including contract negotiation and performance management

  • Agile/Scrum certifications (SAFe, CSM, PSM) advantageous
