Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager to join Meta's Product Quality and Experience (PQX) team and drive In-market functional testing and insights programs. This role is responsible for helping Meta's product teams validate how well their products perform in markets outside the US, covering scaled insights research and in-market functional testing for all Meta products. You will be transforming our in-market testing program to an AI-native testing pipeline. You will use AI tools and agents to transform our operations and testing methodologies, and work with product and analytics teams to turn test results into actionable recommendations. This role will work collaboratively across a shared portfolio, applying AI-native solutions to improve how insights get delivered, and operating across multiple product lines and geographies simultaneously.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive in-market testing for products across Meta, coordinating test design, locale coverage, and delivery timelines to support product launches
  • Run scalable insights testing programs, managing vendor partnerships to recruit multilingual users and gather rapid qualitative feedback across international markets
  • Apply AI to improve insights delivery, including AI-generated summary reports, automated analysis of test results, and more efficient synthesis of qualitative feedback across markets
  • Partner with product, analytics, product growth managers, QA and engineering teams to translate testing results into actionable product recommendations, aligning findings to established product frameworks
  • Contribute to shared program infrastructure: intake processes, testing methodology standards, metrics definitions, and deliverable templates used across in-market testing programs
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance across testing partners including scoping, performance management, and procurement coordination
  • Define and track program metrics that demonstrate the value and operational health of insights testing programs, and report progress to Product Quality and Internationalization leadership

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, product operations, user research operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing testing or research programs that involve external vendor partners at scale
  • Experience working with product teams to translate user research or testing data into product decisions
  • Experience creating AI-driven analysis and operations to streamline testing and/or insights and research flows
  • Experience with international markets, localization, or global product operations
  • Experience running detailed data analysis, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear recommendations for leadership
  • Bachelor Degree or 8+ yrs of equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience testing AI-powered products or applying AI/ML to research and testing workflows
  • Familiarity with product quality, QA, or in-market testing programs in a large technology company
  • Experience designing and executing AI evaluations
  • Experience with data queries and basic coding (e.g. SQL, python, etc.)
  • Experience with unmoderated or moderated user research methodologies at scale
  • Experience managing vendor budgets and contracts, including compliance with contingent workforce policies
