Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with program stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and collaborative problem-solving
Optimize team structures and responsibilities within programs, and adeptly manage program escalations in close coordination with stakeholders
Design and implement predictable communication strategies tailored to various stakeholder groups, representing the program team across multiple touchpoints
Execute change management requirements identified by stakeholders, developing and rolling out comprehensive plans, including impact analyses
