Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Program Coordinator with 2+ years of experience to manage program execution and communication.
Job Responsibility:
Facilitating executive-level meetings
Preparing and auditing program content
Tracking and driving action items to completion
Providing clear, concise written summaries of complex topics
Requirements:
2+ years in program management, project management, or operations (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in creating program plans, tracking progress, and reporting status using common tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers, collaboration tools)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear updates
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing needs
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a remote work environment
