Job Description

As a Program Manager within the Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing customer projects, and ensuring those projects are delivered in a timely manner, and to a high standard. You will work closely with the System Engineers assigned to your project, and also cross-functionally with the Sales, Product and Engineering teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Accountable for the successful execution, management, and delivery of customer projects
  • Create, maintain and update project plans
  • Managing and owning all projects for three customers
  • Take full ownership of a number of customer projects
  • Lead all customer communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Track customer-facing tasks
  • Provide innovative and effective solutions to address challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects
  • Work closely with the Sales team and senior members of the delivery team to manage customer expectations
  • Coordinate all reporting with sales, customer success and data teams
  • Access historical project data to facilitate accurate forecasting
  • Assist with coordinating system performance analysis
  • Create and coordinate Jira tickets
  • Utilize technical expertise to translate customer requirements into actionable features
  • Assist with the management ongoing deployments and upgrades
  • Collaborate with customers to test and validate new features
  • Work closely with Product Teams to incorporate customer feedback

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role working with projects in a global matrixed organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools like JIRA
  • Proactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Keen interest in Everseen's technology solutions
  • Demonstrates initiative, drive, and self-motivation
  • Possesses in-depth problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment
  • Highly organized with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed
  • A relevant degree qualification is preferred
  • A Project Management qualification (Prince2, PMP etc.) is preferred
