Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a large facility transformation
  • Accountable for total program execution from requirements through delivery
  • Provide holistic leadership while making strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with senior program leaders and business partners
  • Resolve customer concerns or requests of complex nature
  • Deliver clear and concise executive level presentations enabling the leadership team to quickly assess the health and needs of a project or program

Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR
  • Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams across business areas
  • Responsible for all aspects of project objectives (performance, quality, schedule, cost)
  • Requires advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations
  • Risk and Opportunity management skills

Nice to have:

  • Masters Degree
  • PMP or other related certifications
  • Experience leading a large facility project
  • Demonstrated success leading large Subcontractors to the completion of complex projects
