Program Manager II - AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Microsoft Copilot Studio is a graphical, low-code tool for building agents and agent flows. To help our largest and most strategic customers realize business value with these tools, we have a Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team. We are looking for a Program Manager II – AI Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with strategic customers and internal Microsoft teams to support the design and implementation of production-ready Copilot Studio agents, including conversational agents, autonomous agents, and M365 Copilot agents. Your mission: to help customers move successfully through early implementation and adoption by supporting solution design, delivery coordination, and value realization. You will work at the intersection of delivery and product, helping customers build agent flows, connect enterprise systems, and apply Microsoft technologies to real business scenarios.
