Requirements

  • Strong experience owning end-to-end SOP development and governance across People Ops domains (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Proven ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable workflows, partnering with COEs, SMEs, and People Tech
  • Hands-on experience driving operational readiness, testing alignment, documentation updates, and cutover support in large programs

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting global or multi-country People Ops models with localized process nuance
  • Background in change management, enablement content, or service rehearsals for enterprise transformations
