Job Responsibility:

Understand the current set of controls and how they impact strategies
Oversee multiple programs associated with modernizing FI Controls – Includes documenting projects, running review discussions, and holding developers/stakeholders accountable for actions pending
Contribute and voice opinions regarding current project direction and share ideas that would enhance delivery itself or the dev process
Strong communicator. Ability to present to senior audiences and lead meetings with senior developers/product managers
Detail oriented and organized. Ability to track multi streams of work concurrently

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience in business analysis or program management
Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
Ability to effectively partner across the organization, at all levels
Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs
Proven diplomatic and analytical skills
Experience in financial services highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to face off to business users
Self-motivated individual and with determination to achieve goals
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good team working skills and ability to work in a distributed global team environment
Ability to work on a fast-pace environment
Fixed income product knowledge
Flexible and able to deliver quality results in the required timeframe
