We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager/Executive Assistant to join our client's team in College Park, Georgia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to manage strategic initiatives while providing executive-level support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing project management responsibilities with administrative tasks to drive organizational success.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic programs and projects to align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Implement and maintain effective program management strategies to optimize project outcomes
  • Coordinate and arrange travel schedules, bookings, and accommodations for executives and team members
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Facilitate Agile Scrum processes to enhance team collaboration and project delivery
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across departments for seamless project execution
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing project updates and outcomes
  • Support the development and adherence to project management best practices within the organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes
  • Formal project management training or certification, such as PMP, is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies for effective team collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, particularly in handling travel arrangements and executive-level tasks
  • Exceptional communication skills to facilitate coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Adept at using project management tools and software for tracking progress
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic business requirements
