Program Manager, Enterprise Program Management

• Leads scope definition, roadmap creation and monitoring of projects within a program portfolio
• Educates stakeholders and identifies change agents to champion the strategic program objectives
• Manages project scope, change requests, stakeholder expectations, and facilitates decision-making
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Facilitates the creation of OKRs, KPIs, and financial metrics
• Identifies program risks, gaps and barriers to execution efficiency
• Navigates dependencies between cross-functional teams and organization priorities
• Influences and proactively coordinates communication of plan progress
• Provides a consistent and exemplary internal and external experience across departments
• Provides guidance on program management and best practices

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management, or related field required
• Five to seven years in program management, change management, business transformation or project management is required
• Knowledge of the PEO industry, HR/Payroll domain and or HCM technology is desirable
