Job Description

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As our Program Manager (Ecosystem), you will be the operational force behind Profound’s ecosystem initiatives, spanning education programs, agency partnerships, and community events. You will ensure these programs run smoothly, stay aligned, and scale as demand grows.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the day-to-day operations of Profound’s education programs, keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track
  • Drive program infrastructure, including enrollment, communications, tracking, feedback collection, and internal routing
  • Coordinate onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support for agency partners
  • Manage partner communications, scheduling, and resource distribution
  • Support the planning and execution of community events, virtual and in person, including logistics, communications, and follow-up
  • Help build and maintain community touchpoints that keep customers and partners engaged between major moments
  • Track participation, engagement, and outcomes across education, partnerships, and events to ensure programs are effective and improving
  • Synthesize feedback, questions, and learnings from across the ecosystem into clear takeaways for internal teams
  • Partner with Product to surface issues and insights that emerge through education, partnerships, and events
  • Improve and document processes so ecosystem programs can scale without breaking

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, program management, customer success, consulting, product operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, you love timelines, checklists, and clean systems
  • Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Low ego, high ownership, you take pride in doing whatever needs to get done
