Requirements

Job Responsibility

Establish and operationalize community health metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions
Build and manage relationships with internal and external community leaders and influencers, in partnership with Community Leads and HR, to ensure sustained engagement and two-way dialogue
Lead end-to-end execution of G4E programs and events, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across internal and external audiences
Develop and execute communication strategies that amplify community voice, increase engagement, and align stakeholders across the organization
Lead implementation of governance models that drive consistency, accountability, and alignment across communities, geographies, and functions
Identify and drive integration opportunities across community efforts, product experiences, and customer-facing processes to increase impact and reduce fragmentation
