Job Responsibility

  • Help drive and execute global strategy for AR/MR developer engagement programs based on product & partnership priorities
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with developers and creators on our platform, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate
  • Create and manage high-touch and low-touch engagement programs and events
  • Set, track, analyze, communicate, and execute against key program performance metrics
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, partnerships (global and regional), policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch programs and execute them
  • Lead strategic external partnerships for AR/MR at a global scale
  • Support team strategy and goal setting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Physics, or related field, and one year of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation
  • Alternatively, the employer will accept three years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation as equivalent to the Bachelor's degree and one year of work experience
  • Requires one year of experience in the following: Engaging with the developer communities through ongoing and persistent direct communication via email, live meetings, and platforms
  • Overseeing the strategy for planning of developer events to encourage developer engagement, consideration, adoption of new products, content strategy experimentation, and product feedback
  • Presenting to internal leadership audiences and external developer audiences while using platforms such as Google docs for creation, Workplace, Zoom, and Discord for video presentations and live streams
  • Translating developer and start-up needs into strategic plans
  • Presenting organization and process flow content to audiences
