Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI/ML and Data Platform programs, with experience in the India market and/or large-scale enterprises (Fortune 100). Owns governance, execution predictability, and stakeholder alignment in fixed-price engagements.

Job Responsibility

  • Program Governance & Planning: Overall ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes. Establish program charter, governance framework, and decision-making protocols
  • Delivery Management: Manage multi-stream delivery across AI/ML, data engineering, platform, UI, and integration teams. Coordinate 50-100+ team members across distributed locations
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead senior stakeholder engagement across business, IT, security, and compliance. Conduct executive steering committee meetings and manage C-level relationships
  • Risk & Issue Management: Drive proactive risk, dependency, and issue management. Maintain risk registers, implement mitigation strategies, and manage escalation paths
  • Financial Management: Manage program budgets ($5M-$50M+), track burn rates, forecast costs, and ensure profitability in fixed-price engagements
  • Contract & SLA Management: Ensure adherence to contractual milestones, SLAs, and acceptance criteria. Manage change requests and contract amendments
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality gates, review processes, and acceptance criteria. Ensure deliverables meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements
  • Reporting & Communication: Produce executive dashboards, status reports, and program health metrics. Facilitate transparent communication across all levels
  • Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources across work streams. Manage vendor relationships and offshore/onshore coordination
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of AI/ML platform capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's/MBA preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification required
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or similar Agile certification preferred
  • 18+ years of IT delivery experience with 8+ years in program management roles
  • Proven experience delivering 3+ large-scale AI/ML or data platform programs
