We are currently looking a Core Team Lead / Program manager for a 6-month maternity cover assignment for our client based in Eysins, within the Global Digital Health team. About the Role: ... We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a strategic digital health solution. This role is embedded within our pharmaceutical environment and requires strong program management capabilities in software development and product delivery. You will be responsible for managing key external suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with senior leadership and stakeholders both inside and outside the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a digital health program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage relationships and performance of strategic suppliers and partners, driving accountability for timelines, costs, and quality
  • Experience with budget management
  • Develop, plan, track, and report program status including risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Lead and coordinate the project Core Team, including members representing all functions (Business and Marketing, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Procurement, commercial, …) in charge of the solution development and delivery
  • Facilitate clear and proactive communication channels across internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in program management practices and delivery excellence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and company standards related to digital health solutions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in program or project management within digital health or related technology domains
  • Strong background in software development lifecycle and product delivery management
  • Experience managing strategic suppliers and complex, cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at senior leadership levels
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical or regulated environments is highly preferred
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certifications are a plus
  • You are proficient in English
