Job Responsibility:

  • Drive & own E2E program planning and execution including program P&L margins
  • ensure high customer satisfaction for programs delivered
  • Drive end-to-end planning (from Program award to Program end of life) and execution of all programs for assigned customer(s)
  • Drive global program P&L for the assigned customer group including above market margin growth for all programs leveraging relevant products & services
  • Define and execute global program strategy for assigned customers leveraging program management targets set by Region MDs and coordinating planning and execution with sales, Regional Mfg., S.C., and Quality Lead, and engineering teams
  • Manage implementation and iteration for assigned customer groups and coordinate roll out with Product org, Service org, and Regional Eng. team
  • Own program lifecycle for assigned customer groups (from Program award to Program end of life)
  • Work closely with Engineering Program Leaders (EPLs) to manage overall program budget and timeline
  • Drive / coordinate material improvement initiatives to improve financial metrics together with engineering and CPO team
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure timely and quality resolution of all customer escalations and complaints through Flawless Launch
  • Work with Customer Sales Lead to ensure adherence to contract throughout program delivery
  • Oversee program / project management workforce planning and staffing process to adequately support program teams for assigned customer groups

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech (Electricals/Electronics/ Communication/ Instrumentation/ Robotics)/Any PG with an experience of 14-20 years
  • Automotive program management experience in customer interfacing roles
  • Ability to create a joint force with commercial and engineering executives and drive flawless execution of programs within defined budget by supporting growth over market
  • Proven experience managing a variety of tasks and ensuring all employees responsible are empowered with E2E accountability
  • Strong understanding in early program risk identification and initiating countermeasures or installing task force teams in time
  • Embodiment of company values and adherence to highest professional standards
