Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the coordination, execution, and oversight of program-oriented work efforts within the Comcast Business Mobile Product Team
Partners with Product Management, Technology, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure programs are planned and delivered on schedule, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
Implements program management processes and tools to manage timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation while maintaining clear and proactive communication across stakeholders
Works with teams to document program plans, define milestones, monitor progress, and identify and escalate risks or blockers as needed
Facilitates recurring cross-functional meetings and forums to align on delivery priorities, manage scope changes, and drive decision-making
Tracks key program metrics, status, and deliverables, providing regular updates and executive-level reporting to leadership
Ensures readiness for launches and operational transitions by coordinating across all involved functions
Integrates knowledge of business goals and technology priorities to guide program execution and support organizational strategy
Manages multiple programs of moderate to high complexity, acting as an essential contributor within the broader Portfolio & Program Management organization
Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process
Participates in key planning milestones and acts as a guide for the core program team from initiation through execution and completion
Works to identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members
Creates program plans and maintains program record
Works with the core team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope
Assists in the development and implementation of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the program
Supports the budget and resource forecasting exercise
Identifies and analyzes risks and issues
Tracks and manages the program schedule and task details included in the program plan
Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments
Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues
Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables
Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

Requirements:
