Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar
  • English 90%
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 4 years experience in customer service/program management
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers
  • Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms
  • Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports
  • Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
  • Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours
