Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading large, complex technology integration and separation programs tied to acquisition activity. This individual will serve as the single point of orchestration across multiple technology domains, ensuring all commitments are clearly defined, sequenced, governed, and delivered on time. The role requires strong executive presence, cross-functional coordination, and expertise in managing enterprise-scale programs with significant interdependencies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the overall technology acquisition program plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
  • Ensure Day 1 and Post Close technology readiness across impacted platforms, functions, and regions
  • Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of all committed technology outcomes
  • Establish and manage integrated master schedules across multiple parallel workstreams
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across ERP (SAP ECC / S/4HANA), Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, Legal, Data & Analytics, Integrations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and application separation activities
  • Act as the primary integration point between IT, business leadership, IMO, Finance, Legal, Security, and external vendors
  • Align internal teams and system integrators to a unified execution cadence
  • Establish governance structures, decision forums, and reporting cadences
  • Proactively identify risks, resourcing gaps, sequencing conflicts, and trade-offs
  • drive issue resolution and escalation with clear recommendations
  • Track and manage TSAs, dependencies, and exit criteria
  • Deliver concise, fact-based status reporting and executive updates to senior leadership and ELT
  • Translate complex technical topics into business-relevant insights
  • Coordinate cutovers, transition planning, stabilization efforts, and operational handoffs to run-the-business teams
  • Capture lessons learned to strengthen future M&A technology execution

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management with direct ownership of large, complex technology programs
  • Proven experience leading technology workstreams in M&A, divestitures, or large-scale integrations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes including ERP, data platforms, integrations, infrastructure, and security
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams under aggressive timelines
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience partnering with system integrators and third-party vendors
  • Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and decision facilitation capabilities

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with TSA management, Day 1/Post Close planning, and separation strategies preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience operating within an IMO or enterprise PMO model preferred
