This role will support the merger and implementation strategy, with a strong focus on procurement to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize and optimize source-to-pay processes. This role will drive strategic transformation efforts, ensuring alignment between procurement, finance, and supplier management functions while delivering scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end procurement transformation programs, with a focus on Coupa implementation and optimization
Drive alignment across procurement, finance, IT, and supplier stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery
Define program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to support Source-to-Pay modernization efforts
Oversee implementation and enhancement of Coupa and related procurement technologies
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across procurement operations
Manage program risks, dependencies, and change management activities to ensure smooth execution
Facilitate executive-level reporting, providing updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Support supplier communication strategies and enable more efficient supplier engagement processes
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on procurement transformation
Deep understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and procurement operations
Strong experience with Coupa, including implementation, optimization, or administration
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
Experience driving digital enablement or procurement technology transformations
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field
MBA preferred
Nice to have:
Familiarity with supplier risk management, compliance-driven procurement, or third-party due diligence environments
Experience working within a Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services model
