Job Description:

Barbaricum is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead efforts under the Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) contract. This role provides strategic oversight and operational leadership across multiple workstreams that enhance the DoD’s ability to inform and support the global military community. The PM will oversee program performance, manage personnel, and ensure mission alignment with MODES task order requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead day-to-day program operations, personnel management, and contract delivery
  • Serve as primary interface between contractor teams and Government stakeholders
  • Oversee development and implementation of quality assurance standards and program improvement initiatives
  • Track program milestones, budgets, risk, and deliverables in alignment with contract terms
  • Ensure all reporting, compliance, and documentation requirements are met
  • Manage resource allocation and staffing continuity across geographically dispersed teams

Requirements:

  • Active DoD TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience managing military community support programs
  • 5+ years of experience in leading large teams in the delivery of user-centered digital solutions and support to varied end-users within military or Government sectors
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of the Military/Veteran Service Organization community preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Outreach and Engagement efforts preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing DoD IT and Cybersecurity Programs preferred
