Experience of applying Systems Engineering approaches for all phases of the system development lifecycle, in a product development, design, industrialisation of technologies and/or manufacturing environment
Experience of defining and leading Systems Engineering activities on large-scale complex projects, for example, systems with bespoke control schemes, novel technologies, complex interfaces, multiple suppliers and/or partners, safety critical systems
Experience developing and implementing processes aligned with BS ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288:2023 or industry equivalent
A track record of excellent verbal and written technical communication at all levels
Experience with managing multiple stakeholders, partner and/or suppliers
Demonstrable experience of coaching and mentoring to support colleagues

Analyze payroll tax issues and provide recommendations for solutions relating, but not limited to, employee mobility, reciprocal taxation, equity compensation, employer-provided fringe benefits, and local taxation
Manage payroll tax withholding obligations and processing for inpats
Coordinate expat tax withholding obligations and processes with appropriate third-party services
