Job Description

Astrion is seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead international Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) initiatives, providing expert advisory support for both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Foreign Military Financing (FMF) programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of C-UAS programs—ranging from Group 1 through Group 3 threats—by managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), budgets, funding streams, and the comprehensive design and implementation of defense architectures
  • Serve as a primary liaison, facilitating high-level meetings and interfacing directly with foreign dignitaries, partner nation military commanders, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive protection plans tailored to safeguard critical infrastructure, military installations, Aerial Ports of Debarkation (APODs), and Sea Ports of Debarkation (SPODs), ensuring the ultimate safety and security of personnel against emerging drone threats

Requirements

  • Active or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Up to 15% of international travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Program Management, or similar program
  • 3-10 years of experience in DoD
  • Microsoft Project
  • Experience in scheduling and cost analysis
  • Knowledge of Army writing style
  • Defense Security Cooperation University Level 1 training
