Job Description:

The organization is anticipating the need for a Program Manager to support a large‑scale enterprise integration initiative following a corporate acquisition. This role will serve as a critical delivery leader, responsible for defining and executing the process and system changes required to align operations with new enterprise policies, standards, and operational expectations. This is a long‑term program expected to run 18-24 months, with the potential for the role to convert to a full‑time position depending on program needs and outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end‑to‑end program delivery for a multi‑year enterprise integration initiative
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, functional business leaders, and IT delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Define and drive process and system changes required to align operations with enterprise policies and operating models
  • Coordinate and lead multiple, interdependent project workstreams within the broader integration program
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
  • Support decision‑making by surfacing risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Help shape and execute the long‑term integration roadmap and sequencing of initiatives
  • Potentially oversee internal team members and contingent resources contributing to the program

Requirements:

  • Strong program management or large‑scale project delivery experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence across executive, functional, and technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting procurement or operational process transformation strongly preferred
  • Exposure to procurement or sourcing platforms such as Coupa or SAP Ariba
  • Experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity during periods of organizational change
  • Highly organized with strong ownership of delivery, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Execution‑focused with the ability to balance strategy and hands‑on leadership
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and trusted by senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to procurement or sourcing platforms such as Coupa or SAP Ariba
  • Experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus
