Our client is seeking a senior-level Program Leader / Senior Project Manager to drive a high-visibility, enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation within its global manufacturing operations. This role will partner directly with the Planning Leader and Senior Operations leadership to architect and mature a fully integrated planning capability across demand planning, supply planning, and manufacturing operations. This is a critical “Code Red” initiative, designed to elevate planning maturity, reduce organizational strain, and create scalable, future-state processes. The ideal candidate brings deep manufacturing expertise, strong IBP leadership experience, and the ability to operate as a strategic consultant while delivering hands-on program execution.

  • Lead and coordinate high-priority planning initiatives classified as “Code Red”
  • Bridge tactical IT initiatives with the broader planning capability transformation
  • Provide senior-level advisory support to relieve bandwidth from the Planning Leader and accelerate capability maturity
  • Drive alignment across demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, operations, and IT
  • Present roadmap updates, risk assessments, and executive-level recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Support global manufacturing plants in adopting standardized planning processes

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in global manufacturing environments – MUST come from large global manufacturing
  • Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including demand planning and supply planning
  • Proven experience designing and building future-state planning capabilities at scale
  • Strong program and stakeholder leadership in complex, matrixed environments
  • Ability to operate in a consultant-style leadership role (strategic + hands-on execution)
  • Experience driving cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Valid passport required
  • Willingness and ability to travel
