Join a dynamic team at the heart of industrial innovation! We’re looking for a passionate Program Manager to lead complex and strategic engineering programs in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead high-impact engineering programs: automation roadmap, digitalization, new product introductions, equipment integration, industrial automation, robotics, and vision control systems
  • Develop and structure the Project Management Office (PMO) within the plant, providing tools, methodologies, and guidance to project managers
  • Coach and support project teams, ensuring a clear framework and ambitious goals
  • Define and update project management plans, aligning them with strategic objectives
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, validation, and transition to routine operations
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): SPI, CPI, safety, quality, cost, and timelines
  • Ensure accurate reporting across internal systems: forecasting, expenses, capitalization, monthly cost allocation, etc.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and engagement
  • Manage resource allocation (human and material) to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervise implementation and integration phases: assembly, testing, commissioning, validation
  • Ensure proper documentation management: technical, financial, and quality-related project artifacts

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (Master’s level) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in engineering and project management within industrial sectors (pharmaceutical, food, life sciences, or chemical industries)
  • Proven experience in managing projects/programs involving: Integration / Automation / Robotics
  • Vision-based automated control systems
  • Packing and material handling
  • Familiarity with infrastructure upgrades (PLC / SCADA systems)
  • Strong project management knowledge (integration, scope, scheduling)
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
  • Structured, organized, disciplined, rigorous, agile, risk-aware
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders (clients, global teams, finance)
  • Fluent in English
  • intermediate level in French
