Brand new role available. Intereach is expanding our services to children and their family’s who are concerned about their child’s development and do not have funded NDIS supports. This is an opportunity to help develop and shape the future of Early Childhood Intervention services at Intereach.\nLeading a multidisciplinary team providing early intervention supports to children 0-5 years. \nNo billable hours\nHave a significant impact on children and families.\n\nLocation: Any Intereach location\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time (part time considered)\n\nFixed Term: Yes, to 30 June 2027\n\nAward: The role is classified under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award but paid in line with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 6.\n\nStarting Salary: $110,102 per year plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.\n\nAs the Program Manager – Early Intervention Services you will:\n\nWork alongside families with children (0-8 years) who have developmental concerns, developmental delay and/or diagnosed disability, to implement the NDIS Early Childhood approach.\nThis role will be responsible for implementing Early Supports. Early Supports are designed for families of children aged 0-5 years who are concerned about their child’s development, who do not have a funded NDIS plan or are not eligible for the NDIS.\nLead, coordinate, and support operational delivery of early childhood intervention services across all service regions within the NDIS Early Childhood Partner program.\nLead a centralised multidisciplinary team of Early Childhood Practitioners delivering intervention through individual sessions, group programs, and family capacity-building approaches.\nOversee service delivery to ensure it meets contractual requirements, aligning with best practice early childhood intervention principles, and support positive developmental outcomes for children and families.\n\nThis is a dynamic and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your contribution will make a real difference in people’s lives.\n\nFor further details, you can request a copy of the Role Profile by emailing careers@intereach.com.au.\n\nAbout You\n\nAn experienced leader and/or have a strong understanding of early childhood intervention and a passion for supporting children and families. Balance operational demands, with workforce support and development and strong program safeguarding.\nWe are seeking organised problem-solvers who are passionate about community and inclusion.\n\nTo succeed in this role, you will bring:\n\nTertiary qualifications in Allied Health, or Early Childhood Education with eligibility for registration with professional body.\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including supervision, performance development, and fostering a positive team culture.\nStrong knowledge of evidence-informed early childhood intervention and family-centred practice, with the ability to translate best practice into consistent service delivery (individual, group, and capacity-building approaches).\nExperience leading continuous improvement activities, including monitoring service quality, addressing practice issues and implementing standardised processes and tools\nA commitment to living the Intereach values and working as part of a diverse, supportive team.\n\nTo view the full selection criteria, you can request a copy of the Role Profile by emailing careers@intereach.com.au.\n\nEmployee Benefits\n\nIntereach prides itself on supporting our staff.
