Brand new role available. Intereach is expanding our services to children and their family’s who are concerned about their child’s development and do not have funded NDIS supports. This is an opportunity to help develop and shape the future of Early Childhood Intervention services at Intereach. Leading a multidisciplinary team providing early intervention supports to children 0-5 years. No billable hours. Have a significant impact on children and families.

Job Responsibility

  • Work alongside families with children (0-8 years) who have developmental concerns, developmental delay and/or diagnosed disability, to implement the NDIS Early Childhood approach
  • This role will be responsible for implementing Early Supports. Early Supports are designed for families of children aged 0-5 years who are concerned about their child’s development, who do not have a funded NDIS plan or are not eligible for the NDIS
  • Lead, coordinate, and support operational delivery of early childhood intervention services across all service regions within the NDIS Early Childhood Partner program
  • Lead a centralised multidisciplinary team of Early Childhood Practitioners delivering intervention through individual sessions, group programs, and family capacity-building approaches
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure it meets contractual requirements, aligning with best practice early childhood intervention principles, and support positive developmental outcomes for children and families
