The Opportunity: We are seeking a Program Management Consultant to support strategic initiatives and enterprise priorities across our client's Digital Workplace organization. This role will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive program execution, improve organizational alignment, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex programs, navigating diverse stakeholder environments, driving accountability across teams, and translating strategic objectives into actionable outcomes. This individual will bring exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to influence without direct authority and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Job Responsibility
Support planning, execution, and governance of strategic Digital Workplace initiatives and programs
Drive alignment across business, technology, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful program delivery
Translate organizational goals and strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Maintain visibility into program progress, key deliverables, dependencies, and execution risks
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes through effective communication and partnership
Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, status reports, presentations, and leadership updates
Translate complex program information into clear and concise summaries for technical and non-technical audiences
Identify, assess, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact program success
Coordinate mitigation strategies and drive resolution of program challenges and roadblocks
Escalate critical concerns appropriately while providing recommendations and actionable solutions
Support decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and program insights
Adapt to changing business priorities and manage competing demands across multiple initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance, communication, and operational effectiveness
Participate in program reviews, planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with leadership teams to support emerging priorities, special projects, and strategic initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience supporting or managing complex cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
Proven experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholder groups and organizational functions
