Job Description:

Barbaricum is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead execution under the Counter-UAS, Emerging Threats Solutions Systems, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (CETS SETA) contract.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities
  • Interface with government personnel
  • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards
  • Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates
  • Manage logistics support analysis for military systems
  • Manage systems safety studies
  • Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives

Requirements:

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI
  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM Level III certification
  • Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development
  • Five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development
  • Five (5) years systems analysis
  • Military experience E5 and up
  • A minimum of ten years of DoD related program management with U.S. military and/or other Government agencies
