Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support large-scale capital planning and financial operations initiatives. This role focuses on managing funding plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring accurate forecasting for complex infrastructure and construction-related efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing budgets, schedules, and financial forecasts within large enterprise environments. This role requires the ability to quickly establish context, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution while collaborating across finance, construction, and operational teams.
