Job Description:

Senior Program Manager to lead an enterprise migration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) from on-prem data centers to a SaaS cloud platform. This role owns program delivery, financial management, cross-team coordination, and executive communication across a highly matrixed technology environment. This position requires hands-on experience with data and platform migrations, deep Atlassian expertise, and strong financial ownership across complex programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead an enterprise migration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) from on-prem data centers to a SaaS cloud platform
  • Own program delivery, financial management, cross-team coordination, and executive communication across a highly matrixed technology environment

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of program management experience in a large, complex technology environment
  • Proven experience leading enterprise data or platform migrations, preferably data center to cloud
  • Direct experience managing Atlassian migrations (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) from on-prem to SaaS
  • Expert-level knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet at a platform and program level
  • Strong financial management experience, including: Budget ownership, Accruals and forecasting, Contract management, FTE labor planning, Chargebacks and cost allocation
  • Experience leading multi-threaded programs across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams
  • Deep understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, including Scrum ceremonies and cross-team planning
  • Proven ability to manage program calendars, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level status updates and decision facilitation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a technical field (Equivalent experience considered per corporate guidelines)
