Job Responsibility

Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio
Identify key Program assumptions, risks and issues and provide the necessary planning and leadership to bring to resolution
Present project schedules, business cases, and program updates at regular reviews with senior management
Establish and track metrics to monitor performance and progress, prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as required
Define and maintain a governance calendar and ensure Program milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget
Develop and implement control mechanisms to capture costs and monitor program performance
Identify opportunities to ensure program objectives are met within budget
Initiate / lead special case studies
Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed
