Job Description

As a Contingent Workforce Program Management Specialist, you will play a key role in modernizing, standardizing, and globalizing Teradata’s contingent workforce program. You will support the full life-cycle process for contingent workers, including supplier onboarding and management, candidate recruitment, onboarding, work order management, and offboarding.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with daily recruitment tasks to ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and contractor candidates
  • Auditing candidate files and maintaining compliance within Fieldglass
  • Running specialized reports to support workforce management and financial planning
  • Managing KPIs and creating dashboards for global monitoring
  • Coordinating job requisitions and approvals
  • Overseeing compliance activities such as background checks, drug testing, and security clearance validation
  • Administering assessments and pre-screening candidates in Fieldglass
  • Communicating with stakeholders for strategic sourcing and hiring
  • Solving critical issues related to contingent workforce management
  • Maintaining process and training documentation
  • Coordinating with suppliers and implementing tier systems
  • Assisting with global RFPs and supplier agreements
  • Collecting and analyzing workforce performance data for leadership reporting
  • Leading special projects related to offshoring or outsourcing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • 10+ years of experience in a business environment
  • staffing industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Financial Force PSA, Oracle ERP, and Workday preferred
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, accrual accounting, PO budgeting, and payment reconciliations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile reports from multiple sources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Administrative and clerical skills

Nice to have

  • staffing industry experience is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass, Financial Force PSA, Oracle ERP, and Workday preferred
