Job Responsibility
Lead planning, execution, and closure of complex Defense & Aerospace programs aligned with Teradyne's program lifecycle framework
Collaborate with Sales on proposal development and program capture strategies
Conduct detailed contract reviews to assess scope, risk, and deliverables
Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), identifying critical paths and mitigating risks
Build strong cross-functional alignment across global teams to ensure cohesive, timely execution
Monitor program performance using industry-standard tools
initiate corrective actions to maintain program health
Deliver concise executive-level program updates and customer communications
Sustain a culture of urgency, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
Travel of 10% or less
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and program/project management experience, ideally in Aerospace & Defense or high-tech
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-disciplinary programs with full cost/schedule/performance accountability
Proficiency with program management tools, risk reviews, and integrated scheduling (e.g., MS Project)
Excellent organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups
Strong ability to use data and information for problem solving
Understanding of handling and securing ITAR and CUI information
Nice to have
PMP or equivalent certification
Technical expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and defense electronics
Familiarity with Salesforce, PLM systems, and ERP platforms
