Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Program Management Senior Lead for its Tampa, FL location. Responsibilities include developing risk frameworks, supporting HR teams, conducting risk analyses, reporting updates, and supporting audit remediation plans. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and seven years of experience in developing control frameworks and executing risk-based strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement frameworks for Inherent Risk, Issues Management, and control inventory
support HR Manager’s Control Assessment team and other controls teams
conduct analysis related to risk methodology changes
prepare materials for HR leadership and risk committee
identify necessary controls and link them to Global Process MCA Profiles
implement reporting and process scoping for MCA framework
action Shadow Process mapping and transition into business-as-usual practices
provide updates on book of work progression
create deckware and hold update calls with senior controls team
identify and report risks
support remediation plans from audit findings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field
seven years of experience in the financial services industry developing and implementing risk and control frameworks
conducting root cause analysis and risk assessments
developing risk-based control frameworks
navigating audit and regulatory reviews
leveraging advanced data analytics and emerging technologies
maintaining program integrity by supporting a robust governance structure.
