Job Description:

The Markets Program Execution and Transformation team works with all Markets businesses and Citi functions, including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Technology to identify, mobilize and execute responses to regulatory and cross-business transformational projects. The primary mission of the team is to design and implement integrated solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Markets and its clients.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the successful delivery of Invements@Citi process across Markets
Identify, prioritise and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues
Responsible for production of regular reporting and compiling management information for senior management consumption
Review and implement strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help improve the processes, working with technology partners to implement and roll out improved solutions to the process
Drive business solutions aligned to the strategy and generate business requirements ensuring they are clearly documented, strategic and well understood by all stakeholders
Work with sponsors to ensure that their requests are trackable, including information related to tangible benefits and associated KPIs
Work collaboratively with technology, ensuring there are clear delivery plans aligned to Markets strategic requirements
Develop and deliver presentations to Markets stakeholders covering Investments@Citi process
Support financial management activities across Markets COO, including headcount management and expense tracking
Lead, supervise, coach and develop more junior Markets Program Execution & Transformation team members in Pune

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/University degree
Appropriate industry knowledge & delivery track record is essential
Knowledge and experience of structured project management techniques
Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing structured business / operational processes and associated business requirements documentation
Understanding of Investments@Citi process across Citi
Critical thinking and Strong analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills to mobilize and motivate delivery in a co-operative and collaborative working environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation and communicate with senior management
Strong project management / business analysis skills
Ability to work well under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up
Strong competency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
