Job Description:

Citi Markets Operations is embarking on a significant, multi-year transformation covering all aspects of designing and delivering a future state target operating model. The Program Manager will lead DTCC Equities Clearing and Settlement Transformation initiatives across Market Operations mainly focused around Securities Settlements, driving process improvement, root cause analysis, shaping investment business cases and working across partner groups to create and execute on delivery.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the DTCC Equities Clearing and Settlement Transformation initiatives across Market Operations
Responsible for successful delivery of the program and its alignment to business goals
Execute established project management disciplines including program governance and stakeholder management
Identify, prioritise and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues
Review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes
Drive business solutions aligned to the strategy and generate business requirements
Work with sponsors to ensure trackable, tangible benefits and associated KPIs
Work collaboratively with technology
Manage testing work streams and drive User Acceptance Testing
Responsible for launch readiness, rollout plans, and post-implementation management
Develop and deliver presentations to Markets Operations and business management
Contribute to design and delivery of Operations training plans and materials
Lead, supervise, coach and develop more junior team members

Requirements:

Bachelor's/University degree
Knowledge and experience of structured project management techniques in a Markets Operations environment
Hands-on expertise in designing and implementing structured business/operational processes and associated business requirements documentation
Knowledge of global markets trading products and the operational functions and processes to support them
Cash Equities and Middle Office and Settlements Experience with DTCC knowledge preferred
Understanding of trading processes across the full trade lifecycle within a large bank/dealer
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
Strong interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project management/business analysis skills
Ability to work well under tight deadlines
Strong risk management and control mindset
Strong knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint skills
