Job Description:

The Associate Banker plays a pivotal role within the Coverage Banking team, supporting senior bankers in managing key client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. This role includes relationship management, credit and risk coordination, and deal execution serving as a trusted internal partner and a critical point of contact for clients across the bank’s platform. The job involves utilizing industry data, customer insights, and operational efficiency metrics to drive market expansion, improve customer retention, and optimize organizational performance.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely in partnership across Citi to identifying opportunities to enhance the clients existing solutions focusing on revenue expansion and retention of existing business
provide support where necessary for the coordination of critical projects with relevant stakeholders within CAC such as implementation of new solutions
where required, assist with client communication of product partners and sales teams
preparing summaries/forecasts and communicating findings to respective stakeholders
manage a portfolio of programmatic activities across client coverage
enhance the way we use data to find meaningful target clients and to illustrate successes.

Requirements:

includes a significant focus on utilizing data analysis to drive market expansion and business growth
market data analysis including market size, demographics, competitor analysis, industry trends, and regulatory changes
customer data analysis to segment customers, personalize services, identify opportunities, and improve retention
financial performance data analysis on revenue, expenses, and KPIs
operational data management for internal processes, efficiency, risk management, and compliance
statistical analysis proficiency
data visualization creation for communicating insights
business acumen with understanding of the banking industry, its products, and landscape.
