Job Description:

The Program Management Senior Analyst role applies in-depth knowledge to contribute to process improvements and work-flow enhancements. This role requires expertise in data reporting, automation, and project tools. The position offers growth opportunities in financial services operations and regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Produce Citi Executive reports on Citi’s project work focused on Status, Performance, Health and Quality
Ensure a zero-defect executive report through quality checks and peer reviews
Deliver reporting as defined by the Reporting Calendar
Identify process improvement opportunities for automation and efficiency
Support enhancement process for Program Management application, tools, and reports
Define business requirements and participate in User Acceptance Testing
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions
Interface with senior project management staff, client senior management, and Organization PMO representatives regarding reporting needs

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in a similar function, executing data reporting and analysis
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Bachelor’s/University degree
Good analytical and reporting skills, focusing on quality and automated reporting
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, graphs and charts)
Ability to deliver 'business as usual' reports with 100% data accuracy under tight and strict deadlines
Attention to detail and data quality
Strong collaboration skills with peers across global working groups

Nice to have:

Experience with macros
Knowledge of KNIME/Alteryx/MS Access or any other similar tool
