Program Management, Project Intermediate Analyst

• Support the Services Org PMO team to deliver on its Charter responsibilities for the Services BoW
• maintain client relationships with the Business & Functional Partners and work effort managers
• take an active role in Services BoW reviews at an initiative, program and/or project level
• track application of Citi’s Enterprise Program and Project Management Policy and Standards across the Services book of work
• provide guidance for internal queries relating to project management
• assist with the PMO delivery of programs and projects across a number of Services Business Product lines
• identify, prioritise and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions and issues
• escalate Program Management concerns to the documented channels when appropriate
• maintain the accuracy of the PMs reported in the Citi Approved PM Tools.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business (non-tech) methodology
• track record of strong performance
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in Project, Program Management Governance and Execution
• good understanding of Project Tracking System (PTS) 2.0
• PMP Certification (or working towards) preferred
• prior experience in partnering across virtual teams
• knowledge of the Citi PM Policy and PM Standards or the equivalent
• knowledge of the interaction with industry level standards
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• good oral and written communication skills
• knowledge of the Services Organizational construct is a plus.
