Job Responsibility:
Support the planning and coordination of day-to-day activities for a program or portfolio of programs
Apply in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as contribute to the objectives of the entire function
Assist with the assessment of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log
Ensure program plans meet business needs as described in the program initiation documents
Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones
Escalate program risks to the Program Director or Program Sponsor, when appropriate
Assist with creation of program risk management plan
Work with procurement team to create, administer, track, and close program contracts
Follow essential procedures and contribute to defining standards
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and adhering to Policy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Financial Services, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation supporting the development and implementation of financial services applications
Embedding program governance to enable effective timely delivery of all projects leveraging detailed project governance metrics, including KPIs and RAIDs, daily status reports with defined risk mitigation plans, testing reports, and lessons learned to prioritize multiple projects, closely monitor progress, and find optimization opportunities
Delivering complex projects, completing project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process, and reviewing workstream plans with key stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement to recommend solutions
Assessing program risks and ensuring timely escalation, swift resolution, and mitigation of risks to avoid impact to project delivery
Coordinating project governance forums to facilitate mediation between key stakeholders and aid decision making through establishing clear communication channels and plans between stakeholders across multiple business units to monitor progress and assess potential impact to project delivery
Creating comprehensive project plans that are fully customized to meet the end users’ specific requirements including critical path, key deliverables, scope, milestones, actions, risks, and issues
