Job Responsibility

  • Comprehensive management of Budgeting cycle, including the development, implementation, and oversight of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial forecasts
  • Deep financial analysis, strategic collaboration with various business units, and creation of insightful reports to support executive decision-making
  • Ensures the successful planning, execution, and closure of projects and programs within the banking institution
  • Establishes and maintains project management standards, processes, and tools
  • Provides comprehensive support, reporting, and oversight to project teams and senior management
  • Manages a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time
  • Uses best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes

  • 6-10 years of experience

  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics
  • Proficiency in industry-standard project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Visio for process mapping)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, often involving the use of pivot tables, advanced formulas, and dashboard creation
  • Experience with SharePoint or other document management systems for maintaining project artifacts
  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
  • Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk
  • Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them
