Job Responsibility

Define and execute a comprehensive strategy and multi-year roadmap for the DevOps CoE, aligned with organization objectives and industry best practices
Partner with the Architecture Review Board (ARB), the business and technology leaders to identify improvement opportunities and automations for infrastructure and application development to increase speed and quality of IT project deliveries
Lead the selection, configuration, and lifecycle management of the Agile and CI/CD tool chains, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for the development teams
Integrate the infrastructure and application development tools for CI/CD
Define enterprise standard for code repository, branching strategies and ensure adoption by developers with proper training
Maintain the list of approved coding languages, libraries and tools that can be used for infrastructure and application development
Approve and provide support for coding assistant tools (e.g., AI-powered code completion) to increase productivity and quality from development teams
Develop a high-performing team of Agile coaches, platform and DevOps specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
