The Program Management Jr Analyst in our P&TPM Program Execution Due Diligence (DD) Team is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.
Job Responsibility:
Supports Due Diligence, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of projects
Gathers project data needed to complete applicable controls
Collects project performance data where applicable
Tracks control issues and resolutions
Creates and documents control Work Breakdown Structure
Updates project artifacts with approved changes
Assess risk when business decisions are made
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Adhere to Policy
Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency
Requirements:
Previous Procurement & Third Party Management program management experience preferred
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of processes, procedures and systems
Basic understanding of underlying concepts and principles
Good understanding of team interactions
Ability to make evaluative judgements based on analysis of factual information
Ability to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions
Ability to exchange information in a concise and logical way
Sensitivity to audience diversity
Nice to have:
Previous Procurement & Third Party Management program management experience
